Terms of Service
1. What you're buying
Excelsius is a managed subscription service with a free trial. You can start free; the Managed plan is then billed monthly (annual prepay available). We provision the operating system into your own Notion account, configured per your intake, and run the managed automation for you on Excelsius infrastructure. The workspace itself — databases, content, structure, your data — lives in your account and is yours to keep, modify, or delete. The running of the work is the part the subscription provides. A one-time, done-with-you Founder Live Install is also available, after which the system runs on the Managed plan.
2. What we agree to do
- Run the install successfully against the Notion page you grant access to.
- Run the managed automation for you while your subscription is active, and provide support during setup and operation.
- Generate a personalized first briefing if your intake provides enough signal.
- Honor the Compound Guarantee described in our refund policy.
3. What you agree to
- Provide accurate information at checkout and during intake.
- Grant the Excelsius Installer integration access to a Notion page you control.
- Not use Excelsius to install into a Notion workspace you don't have permission to write to.
- Not resell, redistribute, or claim the installed methodology as your own commercial product.
4. Your data
Your business data lives in your own accounts — your Notion workspace, and the Google and Stripe accounts you choose to connect. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how. You can revoke any connection or cancel anytime: you keep your data and your operating structure, and the managed automation stops running — nothing of yours is taken away.
5. Refunds
See our refund policy below (covered in the FAQ on the landing page). Short version: if the install doesn't complete cleanly, instant full refund. If you used the system and want a refund within the Compound Guarantee window, we refund and you keep the workspace.
6. Limitations of liability
Excelsius is provided as-is. While we test thoroughly, we're not responsible for downstream damages from your use of the installed system — for example, decisions you make based on agent outputs, or business outcomes from following the methodology. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to existing customers via email.
